COVID 19 Cancellation Policy

Due to these changing times we at Athens Gate at Lighthouse Beach have temporarily modified our cancellation policies.  Athens Gate at Lighthouse Beach has no control of the global pandemic, travel delays, country requirements due to COVID 19 or any other travel related closings, however we do promise to do our best to assist our guests whenever we can.  We highly recommend trip insurance to help travelers and offer peace of mind in these changing times.

Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the World Wide Pandemic we STRONGLY recommend you purchase Trip insurance with cancel for any reason writers.  Lighthouse Beach Villas will not offer refunds for any of the following, - No shows, - ​Unused portions of rental, ​- Medical emergencies, - Airline delays/strikes, - Global pandemics, - Weather related events

  • ​We will offer one complimentary booking if you need to change your dates, subject to rate changes and availability.​

  • Due to COVID 19, we have temporarily changed our cancellation/booking policies.  Upon making a reservation we will now require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of only one night, plus fees and taxes during all seasons with the exception of Peak/Holiday (Christmas Holiday).  Balances are due in full 31 days before arrival. 

  • Last minute bookings (under 30 days) require a non-refundable payment in full at the time of booking.  No refunds. (recommend travel insurance)

  • Cancellations made prior to 31 days will receive a full refund minus the deposit and transaction fees. (one night, plus fees and taxes minus banking fees). Any cancellations after final payment will have no refund (recommend travel insurance).  We will be more than happy to move your booking if you would like to travel at a different time, subject to dates, rates and availability.  All cancellations must be in writing. ​

  • Due to COVID 19 Peak/Holiday (Christmas) Season will require only a 50% deposit with balance due 31 days before arrival.  This deposit is non-refundable.  We will be more than happy to move your booking if you would like to travel at a different time, subject to dates, rates and availability. All cancellations MUST be made in writing.​
